I found this closed post with no answer regarding the ability to enable/disable talk licenses for agents via API.  I've scoured the Support API and Talk API references and could not find it in either.   Do I really have to manually open the admin center for each agent to turn on their talk licenses?  This is very time consuming and seems like a pretty basic feature, especially since chat license permissions are listed in the reference materials.

We work 24/7 and each agent has a specific roster. Can I setup notification emails (for new tickets & replies to tickets I own) based on a predefined times schedule? Like I need notification emails only during the hours I work. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hi Zendesk, Related to bug reporting, I would like to attach the user logs from our game to each ticket that is sent to us. Those logs are registered in a text file which is storaged in the end user device Android folder, which is hard to find. This is why we would like to attach that file to each ticket by ourselves, this way the user won't need to look up for that file. Can we do that in case they give us permissions to access their storage?Greetings,Nacho.

Is there a possibility to integrate a purchased Zendesk Guide Template in another account? Because we're moving our support to another account and are terminating the previous one due to a restructuring.

Hi Zendesk Gurus, For situations where clients did not pay maintenance or having a temporary situation that requires the agents' attention, we would like to add a popup warning message on the organization/client level. For every ticket that is opened from this organization, the agent will get this popup warning message before answering the ticket. Is there any solution for that?  Any add-on that you can recommend on?  

When I press to accept it hangs up the call. 

  In the Reports, I need to export my csv ticket with only for the specific created date range e.g. June 1, 2021 to July 31, 2021. Now, it export since the first ticket to the current ticket. When I export using Full JSON export, it seem the condition for date export, From and To, is not using "Created at" so the export json result is not what I expect. Please advice the solution. Hi! Second day of Zendesk here.I have looked for answers but could not find anything similar.   When I see a new ticket unassigned in the dashboard (or from views > unassigned tickets), I open them and select an assignee. Then, I go one one step back and refresh the page. However, the tickets still looks unassigned and if I open the tickets, the assignee information disappears.Am I doing something wrong?(note, at the moment both me and my colleagues are admin of the page). I am working on integrating a custom form for an eCommerce site with the Zendesk API. I tried using Basic Auth and it worked except the auto reply is being sent to the agent instead of the user who just submitted their detail inclusive of email. I tried using the API tokens from the settings page to see if they can help but am getting this error Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Zendesk! We learned that Zendesk tickets support HTML.  Do you know if it supports all HTML features, or only a subset of HTML?  If it's a subset, which parts of HTML does it support? Also, do Zendesk tickets support CSS? Thanks! Jessica

Hi, I want to periodically update the html body of a specified Help Center article. I guess I should use PUT /api/v2/help_center/articles/{article_id}/translations/{locale} but I don't know how to pass the html body. Does anyone have a template or a sample ? Thanks for your help.

Hi, We are working on creating triggers for Tickets and came across the announcement that HTTP Targets are being replaced by Webhooks. Prior to this announcement, we were relying on the Targets APIs to create a Target dynamically. However, we cannot find corresponding APIs for Webhooks. Is there any such API for webhook?

Is there a way to create a trigger which adds a tag to a ticket if I reply to the ticket? I am assigned certain tickets which require some response before my supervisor can close them, even if I reply “N/A.” I would like to insert a tag such as “michael_input” once I’ve replied. I would create a view to show which tickets do not have the tag indicating that I responded, showing which tickets I have yet to address. Thanks.

In the customer account interface there is My activities section.When the customer selects the ticket there is an option add to conversation, for some reasons this stopped to work and the field does not allow to add any text. Can anyone help? - it seems to be an issue with a script, however when we remove it in full it doesn't make any difference.

Hi there, We have an automation set up to solve tickets out after 7 days of no response. We have a separate automation setup for CSAT surveys. When I create a tag nosurvey. And add that to  "Contains none of the following" in our CSAT automation - Surveys still go out. Any help is appreciated!
